It’s almost time for Murph! Doors will open at 8:30am on Monday, May 29 with a group warmup and briefing starting at 9am. Please arrive early if you are dropping in - you must be checked in by 8:55am to participate.

After this class, the gym will be closed the remainder of the day in observation of the holiday.

🔹Bring a water bottle and towel
🔹We strongly suggest you’ve been training recently with your vest prior to putting it on for this WOD
🔹No need to call or email before attending
🔹Scaling options always discussed and encouraged

As we approach the kickoff to another Summer Season we want to address a few "Need to Know Things" for everyone we look forward to seeing over the next several months.

#2 Follow either our FB or IG pages for schedule changes and other Holiday/Event information.

We 1st and foremost want to express our love and gratitude to all our returning Visitors as well as Newbies Dropping in this year...we genuinely enjoy having you and helping you be BETTER with Quality Coaching, Facility and Programming. We have managed and perfected the juggling and challenges that come from the large and very diverse groups over the last 15 years! That being said, we need you to understand/appreciate/accommodate a few things:

- Open gym during scheduled class times is a privilege...it is at the mercy of the classes space and equipment needs. If you choose to utilize the gym during these times do not expect to automatically have it your way. It is not always a conflict, but CAN present an issue and you cannot be mad when that occurs.
Side note: Open gym can also get rather hectic with many people following their own programming so be considerate of others.

- Managing large groups can take longer than expected therefore classes can run over a few minutes. Please expect this and do not be in a hurry or try to rush out.
We wait to clean til everyone is done...the coaching and wods are worth the few extra minutes, I promise...you are on vacation, so relax/calm down!

- Arrive early and prepared so we are on time starting...the locals aren't on vaca and need to get to work

- Respect and be kind the staff and others around you...the Staff genuinely wants to help you be BETTER and the locals are grateful for your support of the place they call home. We have a systematic way of doing things here so just follow along with the Coach's instructions and class organization.

- Maid service is NOT included in your day/week pass so be sure to clean up after yourself and put all equipment back in it's rightful place.

- It's humid, really humid...it's hot, really hot...most of the time
